Real Sociedad are 4th on the table with nine points from four played matches.
They were on the run of three wins in a row until Thursday when Real Sociedad played 2-2 on the road against PSV in Europa League.
The home side was the better team as they had 61% ball possession and seven shots on the goal more than guests. Real Sociedad used most of their goal-scoring chances in the first half, so they had a 2-1 lead at halftime.
PSV’s Cody Gakpo scored the only goal in the second half, so the teams split the points. Sevilla is 6th on the table with seven points from three matches.
On Tuesday, they played 1-1 at home against Salzburg. In the first half, we saw amazing four penalties, but only two goals on both sides.
The second half was fairly even, so it is no wonder that the game finished with a draw.
