Norwich City Vs Leicester City Info & Preview

Norwich is having one of the toughest schedules in the European top-five leagues as they face the likes of Leicester City after losing against Liverpool and Manchester City in the first two game-weeks. This is a big game for Daniel Farke, as we might see the Canaries’ first goal after the amazing promotional campaign last season. On the other hand, Leicester was battered in London by the Hammers in a 4-1 defeat as Ayoze Perez’s red card reduced the side to 10-men. This might be Leicester’s redemption game too.

Having failed to win their last 12 Premier League games now (losing all of them), Norwich has all the bookies against their chances. To add to the misery, they have failed to score in their last 6 home games now in the league and conceded at least 3 goals in their last 3 games in the English top flight. Against Leicester, they are again the downright underdogs, but they could break a few of their poor records at least.

After winning the FA Cup and the Community Shield, Leicester was flying in English football. But they were soon brought to the ground by David Moyes’ West Ham as the Foxes were brutally shocked in a 4-1 loss away from home. The 5-goal thriller means that Leicester has seen more than 2.5 goals in 5 of their last 6 games now and have scored more than a couple in 3 of them. Brendan Rodgers might be looking at this fixture with fire in his eyes.
